most Excellent - am happy to hear this report. Everything that i give may be
done in the midst of living and all of it has practical advantages. Are you
able to get the breath balanced and even ? Or are you at this point just
becoming aware of the breath and sinking into it ? maybe next you can put into effect the Dissolving Divisions practices as well - these are found explained also on youtube at : G you are most welcome Love & Light Be a Great Existence |
